Top-line, closed-won, and everything that pays payroll

Sales & Revenue

Gross Profit / Sales / Margin

Are we actually making money — and where? A single view of top-line revenue, cost of goods, and gross profit margin, cut by product, SKU, location, rep, or channel. The report that tells owners which categories are pulling weight and which are quietly bleeding.

Lost & Incomplete Sales

Which deals never closed, and why? Tracks opportunities that stalled, quotes that expired, and carts that were abandoned — with reason codes so you can fix the recurring failure modes instead of missing the pattern.

Sales Rep Commissions

Who earned what, and does the plan actually pay for the behaviour we want? Per-rep commission calcs that respect draws, splits, clawbacks, and tiered accelerators — with a preview of upcoming payouts and rep-viewable statements.

Quota & Inventory Allotment

Do our people and our stock line up with the plan? Tracks quota assigned vs attained by rep or team, and inventory allotments — units allocated vs consumed — by location or channel. Surfaces the reps who are ahead and the SKUs that are short.

Cash in, cash out, and where it quietly leaks

Finance

Accounts Receivable / Payable

Who owes us money, and who do we owe? Aging buckets (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+), top debtors and creditors, and a cash-in vs cash-out forecast for the next 30 / 60 / 90 days.

Credit Card Fee Tracking

How much are processors quietly costing us? Fees broken down by processor, card brand, transaction size, and location — with effective-rate calculation, so you can spot when a rate hike or category shift is silently killing margin.

Inventory

Inventory Snapshots (Growth / Decline)

What's on the shelf, and is it growing or shrinking week over week? Point-in-time snapshots with delta view — so you can see if a category is quietly ballooning (over-ordered) or thinning out (under-ordered).

Old & Slow Inventory

What's tying up cash on the shelf? Aging inventory by days-on-hand, with dollars-tied-up and a suggested markdown or discontinue list. The report that unlocks working capital.

Inventory Turns

How fast are we cycling stock, and where are we below target? Turn ratios by category, SKU, and location — highlights the categories doing 12+ turns and the ones stuck at 2. The difference is often cash-flow defining.

Inventory Fulfillment

Are we filling orders on time and in full? On-time / in-full (OTIF) rates by channel and by SKU, back-order aging, and the fill-rate trend line that tells you when a supplier or a warehouse is drifting.

Fast Movers

What's actually selling — right now? Weekly and daily top movers by units and dollars, with velocity trend and stock-cover ratio. Owners use it to double down on winners; buyers use it to reorder before running out.

The service bay, the fleet, the parts room

Operations

Parts & Service, Labor Expenses

What did we spend on parts and labor, and what did it earn us? Cost buckets (parts, labor, sublet), gross-profit-per-job, technician efficiency, and warranty-vs-customer-pay mix — for shops that live and die on the service bay.

Cost to Serve — Vehicle (GP$ vs Miles vs Expenses)

Is this truck, route, or driver actually profitable? Per-vehicle GP$ against miles driven, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and driver cost — so a dealer, fleet operator, or transport company can spot the units that look busy but lose money.
